Ministry Search, its owners, its content providers, and its associates make no endorsement, make no guarantees, and bear absolutely no responsibility for any person, organization, or opportunity listed herein. Any information, persons, organizations, or opportunities which appear on MinistrySearch.Com should be carefully verified by those viewing the original listings. Ministry Search reserves the right to limit advertising on this
site to those who hold an historic, orthodox understanding of Biblical Christianity, including ministers or ministries who acknowledge Jesus Christ as God's virgin-born Son, sinless, crucified and risen again, thereby providing forgiveness to all who choose to accept it apart from their own human efforts. Further, Ministry Search reserves the right to refuse any ad for any reason.
Ministry Search shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (including any loss of goodwill, revenue, profits, or data), arising in connection with the use of this service, even if Ministry Search has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Ministry Search makes no representation that the operation of this service shall be uninterrupted or error-free. Further, Ministry Search shall not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. Under no circumstances shall the liability of Ministry Search be in excess of the amount paid to Ministry Search by the user for the Ministry Search service.
Ministry Search users shall indemnify and hold harmless Ministry Search from all claims, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) relating to their use of the Ministry Search service and their subsequent actions.
Ministry Search and its content providers reserve all of their respective rights to graphic images and text, other images, logos, trade names, and trademarks, together with any and all other intellectual property rights. All data, including original ads, compiled links, organized surveys, third-party content, and literary works provided on these pages are for the private use of Christian ministries seeking ministers, and ministers seeking Christian ministry job openings. This information may not be copied, modified, or reproduced in any web site or other medium (whether for profit or not-for-profit) in whole, in part, or in derivative form without written permission from Ministry Search or the content provider. Solicitation, spamming, and other marketing practices are also strictly prohibited.
Should you choose to submit an ad to Ministry Search via internet or mail, you verify that the submitted information is correct, you certify that you are authorized to submit that information, and you agree to pay the amount submitted, together with any returned check or credit card chargeback penalties incurred by Ministry Search in connection with your ad submission. You understand that your ad must be prepaid in order to run for the number of days you requested. Any ad you choose to cancel mid-run cannot be refunded. Under most circumstances, your ad will appear within one business day following payment.
These Ministry Search terms of service and related services shall be governed only by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, and all business shall be considered conducted within said State. Use of this web site, its forms, and its contents is forbidden where prohibited by law.
